Oracle’s Peoplesoft Offer to be Discussed

Glass, Lewis & Co., an analytical research and proxy advisory firm providing services to institutional investors that collectively manage more than $6 trillion, will host a special Proxy Talk conference call for Glass Lewis clients and other invited institutional investors on Monday, Nov. 15 at 4:30 p.m. (EST) to discuss Oracle Corp.’s tender offer for PeopleSoft.

The call will be moderated by Glass Lewis CEO Greg Taxin, who will direct questions to Safra A. Catz, co-president and director of Oracle and Harry L. You, Oracle’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. A transcript of the Nov. 15 call will be made public by Glass Lewis to ensure that shareholders have access to all material information about the proposed transaction.
