It truly seems as if One Direction fans (Diretioners) are just as dedicated to the music as the band is. And something those fans can get super pumped about is their very recent, very exciting announcement claiming Saturday, Nov. 23 as “1D Day.” The pop sensation announced this breaking music news just today.

The seven-hour live broadcast will be filmed from Los Angeles to help connect with crazed fans worldwide and of course to promote their newest album, “Midnight Memories.”

According to a press release Billboard received, “1D Day” will allow 1D diehards “from different countries and time-zones the chance to interact with the band” as they pal around L.A.

“I think it’s super exciting! I can’t wait to see what they have in store for their fans,” said fan, Brooke Smaltz of North Carolina.

The details of the live-steam have yet to be revealed, but apparently there will be special guest appearances to fan-generated content.

Not a special guest? No problem! One Direction will be encouraging fans to become a more significant part of the live stream through different competitions and events. These competitions will be announced through their social media platforms today. Office Depot is giving five lucky fans the chance to attend the live stream!

“Midnight Memories,” One Direction’s third studio album, will be available in stores on Nov. 25.
