Windows Live security glitches & robots
Your column on this issue was interesting and logical... BUT... I have two gripes I would like to see you address: 1) only just discovered that using a Windows Live PW is universal for all my access needs with them, and I do NOT want my email PW to be the same as making a comment to issues features (as I am doing now... lol and ty for not requiring a Windows Live PW in order to respond to you!)
As for my No. 2) gripe... I do NOT talk to robots! I refuse. The biggest reason is that they do not ask the right questions and on the rare occasions that they do, they do not give the right answers. I even ran into one organization recently which did not give the option to talk to a real live service rep. Obviously, I refused to deal with them further and they lost a customer.
Are there solutions to these two problems?
Is there any means in Windows Live (which we are forced to absorb or go back to snail mail... although my former phone company.. the usual monoply... had a policy not to read real live mail! Shoot, I switched to wireless and they are real people I get to deal with).
Should robots replace human beings.. especially with unemployment figures going up... to the escalating degree which is taking place?
