Pay for links? What a dumb dumb. Didn't you know that if Google know you are paying for links you will be banned from their results.

They spefically state that paid links contravene their rules...duh!

How to get high ranking?

What else I can do on my website to get high rankings on search engines, except reciprocal link building? Please guide me!
