I.E.
I am not surprised either. Since downloading I.E. 8 I have had constant problems with it in particular getting it to open pages from links. The annoying little spyglass appears in the left hand corner and the page never appears. It sometimes takes as many as 6 to 8 attempts before the page you want to open actually downloads. Sometimes the same situation occurs when opening I.E. initially as well. It also constantly fails to respond and has to be closed and re-opened. I am now testing Firefox and on first impressions it leaves I.E. standing on speed and relaibility.

I'm not surprised. For one FireFox is way easier to configure, and IE doesn't render even basic html the same as chrome and safari does. It's always a little off.
