Facebook Needs To Quit Trying To Be Like Twitter
Facebook is very personal to me. It's where a share my life with my friends.
Twitter is where I network and meet know people. My conversations are very different on Twitter than my conversations on Facebook.
A matter fo fact, I notice on Facebook that daily I have people adding me as a friend.
"I don't know them." Add me as a friend on twitter.
People on twitter also are wanting people to befriend them on facebook. I've done this with only one person because we
really connected and it didn't have anything to do with marketing
something to me.
People that free do that want more access to you and your life so that they can find the right product to sell to you.
My advice. "Facebook, stop trying to be like Twitter." Stick with what has made you what you are or you'll find yourself like
Myspace - dying.
I don't think fb is trying
I don't think fb is trying to be like twitter. I think they're owned by the same people.
Not for me...
I use FaceBook and Twitter mainly for socially marketing my safety and security web site. I use other apps to do this job. Thanks, Jeremy.
Penguin FB
I use Facebook and Twitter but this app would not appeal to me. Being able to broadcast to various channels is already available through many other apps/platforms. Without the ability to interact, it holds no value to me. I selectively post to Facebook and Twitter using Tweetdeck but typically prefer to keep the conversations separate.
do we really need it??
I use both facebook and twitter seperately and will continue to do so, I think this app is unessecary, there is something similar already available and I think facebook should just focus on what they have always been, why change something that isn't broken??
This app already exists,
This app already exists, Facebook needs to stop trying to become Twitter.
i wish facebook would stop
i wish facebook would stop with the twitterfication, it's unessecary.
I agree with you Clarence. I
I agree with you Clarence.
I don't really see the need for the "Twittery" ways of Facebook. I like having Twitter & Facebook separate. Facebook has a good thing going... why are they wanting to make so many drastic changes to their business model?

I think your right about the official Twitter Facebook app, but do we really need it?
What do I think Penguin FB is?
I think it's simply adorable. Even though I don't use Twitter, I would still get this application because of the little penguin. Facebook would be making a great investment if they came up with this app. I think a lot of people would use it . . . What do regular tweeters think?
