Yes-it's the end of MS

Yes-it's the end of MS. Google will be faster and will be able to run Apple & PC, win98 upwards as well as Linux.

Wait and See

End-Users, reviewers and markters should wait to see this OS in action with the Netbook before evaluating anything. I expect nothing right now because we already have other Open Source OS since a long time ago!

A good fight will still lead to improvements

I mostly agree with toto... but the battle is good for consumers. I'm eager to see the outcome regardless of who's King of the World.

Won't go anywhere.

Won't go anywhere. Google is a Jack of all trades, master of none. Yes, webmasters, the techy crowd, some marketers and spammers will use it, just like Chrome browser, Gmail, and the other apps Google has made. Don't expect the other 90% of the users to use it.

Chrome OS will be a trojan crib. They'll abandon that project 3 years from now when the heat from old billy's Bing gets close.
