Give me a break

I think there are too many people who sue at the drop of a hat. If I was that realty company I would be concerned about an organization as large as Craigslist counter suing or tying your butt up in court for a long term costly battle.

Bad News

It seems that suing is thr route a company will go whenever they are in financial trouble.

I wonder if First Call properties even sent Craigslist an email about the matter before they sued them.
