Give me a break

I think there are too many people who sue at the drop of a hat. If I was that realty company I would be concerned about an organization as large as Craigslist counter suing or tying your butt up in court for a long term costly battle.

Bad News

It seems that suing is thr route a company will go whenever they are in financial trouble.

I wonder if First Call properties even sent Craigslist an email about the matter before they sued them.

Its too bad because if they win, Craigslist will have to start monitoring all of their ad post meaning that they may have to start charging people for their servcies.
