Frost and Sullivan's Analysis
I completely agree with Vanessa Alvarez when she says "Enterprises, both big and small, are still just beginning to understand the potential of Web 2.0 tools and public and private social networking platforms."
Many clients approach us in regards to promoting and marketing their company on social media sites because they are just beginning to realize the importance of these sites in marketing business, but don't know how to use them to benefit their company. I think many businesses find all the social media options to be extremely overwhelming. It doesn't have to be overwhelming if you know the right social media sites to use to benefit your business. For example, Twitter might bring in more website traffic for a travel company than Facebook would, but a copywriting company might benefit more from Facebook than Twitter. It's important to understand the various compononents of each popular social media site before figuring out the ones you want to join. It will save you time and aggravation in the end!

Web 2.0 site Manager
I'm very interested in getting my sites participating in the social marketing area, but time I think will be the issue.
Are you aware of software or an application that will help manage all those sites, saving time and making it easy to upload content?
