It's true that many people

It's true that many people are afraid of online shopping, however once they have made one or two trouble free purchases, more people will be confident to make bigger and more frequent online purchases. Also they may tell their friends and family, further increasing consumer confidence online.

10 years ago I would have never bought online. However everybody I know does it, so I don't feel as scared.

Little surprised

Hi Mike,

This latest data by Paypal has surprised me a little as I remember a few months back a survey indicated that a majority of people in UK are afraid of shopping online.

Thats quite a turn around. Thanks for the post.
