Does the yahoo toolbar

Does the yahoo toolbar automatically download if you have the old one ? Or do you have to download a the new version via yahoo's site ?

I was waiting to see Yahoo's response to the launch of Bing. I haven't used Yahoo in a while and so I'm curious how this adds to the toolbar they previously had. I thought they might try to integrate a realtime search feature, but I guess not.
