I am sure this is going to be next big thing for Google. Also have a look at this collaboration software.

Google Wave video

Every 3 seconds the video pauses, causing it to be very uncomfortable to watch. Don't know if this is my computer or what, but impatience has won out and I stopped watching.

Wave

Google just doesn't quit. Collaboration and ease in editing messages and documents will make wave very popular. That it can be easily embedded in a blog or website is fabulous.

Could Google Wave really be a game changer? I think Google has all the right pieces there, but it's whether Google can make it come together. It looks like it could become overwhelming, but I think Google could very well simplify it to where the basic user could easily take advantage of it.

it looks like an over complicated twitter that has too many features that will just confuse people. Twitter is so successful because it is simple

Interesting point, considering Google's history of simplicity (which has contributed to where the search engine is today I think).
