Adam is right as he said “rich media content can mean longer loading times, which can mean frustrated users”. But it can be more effective if loading time will be negligible. The reason is that most of users prefer video ads because video explain more things easily as compare to text base ad.

I agree with Adam's comment. I hate waiting for ads to load before I can see the content. I either hit STOP, or I leave and go to the next search result.
