seems likely
I beleive this woman as much points to agreeing with her, moreso i recently unlike others did a full examination of all the many known and more hidden friendfinder/penthouse operations and financials and see a company in totally falsified status and breaching business rules such as falsifying membership levels which currently is the talk of one chat sites whole membership whereby im currently calling for the sacking of the negligent team.
I shall also be contacting this victim and her lawyer as i may also have information to assist.
well-deserved
I used to work at Penthouse, and I was there when Marc Bell took over. He is a reprehensible person, and I always questioned his ethics. He cares little to nothing about anyone or anything that is not putting money in his pockets.
I have no doubt that the allegations made against him and his new company are true. He has made similarly sexist remarks in the past.
It is my hope that this lawsuit is successfully ajudicated against him and the company. While any sum that the plaintiff wins would be a drop in the bucket for Bell's bank account, the real loss would be the IPO money he covets. If investors see what a mess the company is, and they choose not to buy in to his IPO, that will hurt Marc's wallet. I believe that the IPO is the first step in the exit strategy of the owners.
Oh, speaking of the owners, the other primary owner is Daniel Staton. While he tries to keep out of the spotlight, there are some big contradictions there as well. Staton, and Bell as well, is a big investor on Broadway, having put money behind hits like Jersey Boys, Hairspray and others. While porn and Broadway isn't so odd, Staton is also a major player in the Build-a-Bear stores. I recall he even rang the bell on Wall Street for Build-a-Bear when the company went public. That one is a bit slimey to me. Porn and children's toys should not commingle.

formerly Penthouse Media Group, saw no conflict whatsoever in the fact the same company that published a porn mag and ran various adult-themed websites also owned and operated
