If the average company or brand was having a better result, I'm sure we'd be getting real metric information about it. We aren't really. (Outside of Dell.) I use Twitter and we got 157 visits from Twitter so far this month with a total number of followed of about 2,500. What other sort of metrics do you have to support this? What case studies have been done?
