Create your sitemap to better index your ad
Compared to text, google cannot read the content of your video. Therefore Google is promoting it's sitemap for video, in order to get as much info as possible while indexing Videos.
You can see an exhaustive description of the google sitemap for videos at:

Some fields are facultatives yet i believe that filling all the fields will effectively increase the optimisation of your videos for search engines.

It's interesting to see that Yahoo increased its US market share by 3%. I've always found that Yahoo does convert very well, often better than Google, so it's definitely worth trying if you're already using AdWords successfully.
