If it was true, I' be able to accept Money Orders and Checks. I would NOT be forced to accept PayPal or Charge Cards.
And I'd be able to leave a Negative (if need be) for a Looney, would-be, non-paying, Buyer.
And GRIFF couldn't bust me for having a Link to my website that proves I'm a Legitimate Business. He's been promoted to Head Troll.
I don't go to Ebay anymore, and I don't know anyone who does.
In public, all I hear is "I used to go on Ebay, but not anymore....."
Ebay is DEAD TO US.
And I buy my Used Cars in Person. NEVER from Ebay or over the net.

Ebay and Paypal suck ! they do NOT care about honest sellers, hence the HIGH levels of scam buyers now on ebay!
Do not sell on ebay! if u get a scam buyer, u will lose BOTH ur item and the money via chargebacks...also...there is no need to type your return policy because freaking paypal says once u agree to use their services, you are FORCED to have a 45 day return period! not to mention their stupid fees!
Also, if ur dishonest buyer wants to get a refund, they can mail u ANYTHING back and paypal will AUTOMATICALLY issue them a FULL refund, yes u can appeal..but they can care less!
stop using paypal to sell stuff seriously! sellers have to pay so much fees yet sellers bear all of the risks in a transaction

ebay yanked my auctions and still charged me the sellers fees the items were listed for 10 day therefore I paid extra to list them and some items were in two categorys that cost double....The reason why they pulled my listings was because I didnt state shipping method just the shipping cost....ebay has the right to pull auction listings but if they do they should atleast refund the seller fees....I should just put a check in the mail every month to ebay it would be easyier. I am moving to a free site like ebay but better called www.Bidtunnel.com its free to sell there.

What a joke, if Ebay really wanted to keep sellers they would not let buyers that NEVER paid for the auction leave a negative. Now all international buyers will know not to mention customs so the negs cannot be removed.
Ebay is so greedy, with the economy in such bad shape a lot of honest sellers would like to sell off a lot of old inventory but they are too worried about undeserved negs or high Ebay & Paypal fees that they won't dare to list the stuff.

been of BONANZLE for 5 months all i can say is there are sellers that formed a clique and scan people out of money for instance granny123 is a living joke she along with about 8 other sellers scheme all types of bah wah stories like somebody lost their house, a death, repo'ed cars anything where they can pull on your heart strings just to beat others outta loot. BONANZLE allows this NONSENSE. On BONANZLE, there are series of group of people, hereafter, known as, the clique. these cliques gang up on whomever they choose for the week. granny123 sells fake jewelry and proclaims it to be real gold. THIS SITE IS A JOKE. most recently they ( a mysterious new seller) I'mdiggingout just ran a week auction for another seller allegedly lost her, get this..her fiance. there were so many discrepancies in the dialogue, you have puked. they even had others sellers donate to this thieving scheme to ante up the pot, just to make it more alluring & allegedly "REAL." It's these dizzy old fart women on Bonanzle who sit on their stinky chairs and filthy houses and gossip all day & night on the discussion boards. They whisper to one another in the chat area and the innocent buyer, gets totally duped. The auction was titled "Moving the Mountain for Gladys. Who the F is Gladys and why are they asking others for anything to give to her. Come on Granny123 et al, give us the information on what is REALLY HAPPENING. You pocketed the loot. You women are nothing but lying, thieving scam artists and I turned you into the authorities. BONANZLE is NOW BEING MONITORED FOR THESE INTERNET SCAMS. The discussion boards are really the biggest joke of all. This is where they target you, if one of these hags get a hair up their patooti. Bonanzle you'll never make it allowing these women to sit all day and night and run new people off your site. THEN THEY HAVE THE DICTATORS ON THERE. THESE ARE THE KNOW-IT-ALL EX-EBAYERS WHO THINK THEY CAN TELL YOU HOW TO PRICE YOUR MERCHANDISE AND RUN YOUR BOOTH. AWAY WITH THESE DISCUSSION BOARDS. THEY WREAK OF TROUBLE AND HAVOC. I've been on Bonanzle for a year now. As long as you play nice and suck up to the hags who run the forums (unofficially of course), all is good. They'll even buy from you periodically. But one wrong move/word, and you are screwed! In December of last year, I stood up to them when they were harassing another user. My sales dropped - I've had about 4 sales since January. And they were buyers who came in from google, weren't even bonanzle members. So I can only assume I got on somebody's crap list.
They actually tried to QT me to get me to join them in their harassment of this other member and I refused. They'll come on here and say there is no clique, and they don't run around being sneaky QTing people to come and gang up on someone. But they do! They tried to get me to join them in it.
I'll stick on bonanzle, frankly it doesn't cost anything to list - but you won't catch me in those forums - not as a poster anyhow, only to read and see who the scary hags currently are.
Bunch of jerks - they want all sweetness and light - yet they allow these hags the run of the place. Mark and Bill (and now Tom) are the worst of everyone there, though. So freaking hypocritical, it's stupid.
As for granny123, yep, well known scammer. Some of the worst control freak hags on bonanzle would be: SCAT, Jamiro, Permacrisis, hughesteesandgifts, canacreations, Pugs, Leeflang, prettycurious, driver211, kissofmystery.......... and so many more! I wouldn't buy from these people if you paid me!

I was a very strong buyer on ebay since 1999, BUT I will NEVER use ebay or Paypal again, thanks to Meg Whitman and John Donaho'e thirst for greed which is killing ebay and it's most honest users. The corruption on the site is equally matched to the corruption within ebay's current management. Mandating that ebay users go through Paypal, which is also owned by ebay, is nothing short of criminal. The policies within their user agreement are as illegal as they come. How can a corporation grant itself permission to deny users access to the users funds for 180+ days with no arbitration process and get away with it?
Did anyone REALLY read Paypal's User Agreement, BEFORE agreeing to Paypal's terms?

I was a founding member and a power seller and had a 99.8% feedback rating. Between PickPocketPal and FeeBay, they took over 25% of any revenue, costing me thousands of dollars a month. I successfully moved my business because I refuse to feed the beast any longer.
As God is my witness, I will never go hungry and feed FeeBay again!

Another very disgruntled eBay user here, in a nutshell, eBay treat their sellers and their affiliates like shit, as if it is their God given right for their clients and customers to have no choice but to put up with their appallingly awful levels of customer service.
When one has a real complaint about an aspect of a company, the least one can expect is a timely and civil, respectful response from the company to whom the complaint is directed.
When one is treated like a child and told that your complaint does not matter, if it receives a reply at all, or worse one is told after repeated attempts to communicate with said company, upon finally getting through to them, they say, 'We don't like your tone of communication', then it becomes time to vote with one's wallet and to take all ones business away from eBay full stop.
If they treat people like idiots they can expect short shrift from myself. If they take my business for granted and treat me discordially and disrespectfully, then I'm afraid our business relationship ends right there. There is absolutely no way that I'm going to allow any big business employing some two bit employee to treat me like a fool and tell me that any complaint that I have is not worth their while dealing with.
If they display such a terrible attitude, the easiest thing to do is to desist from using them as a business altogether.
I have now taken my business off in other directions away from eBay.
Personally, I couldn't care less if they as a business went under tomorrow, stuff them. They brought this on the,selves with the most dreadful customer service possible and as regards their affiliate program, what a complete joke EPN turned out to be.

I quit ebay and it will take alot more than that before I go back to ebay. I now have my own website where I sell Amazon products, that means I make money off other peoples auctions. I have used ebay for several years now and I don't really know what you all talking about. Yes, their fees are a little on the expensive side, however, ebay will also provide you with the most traffic to your listing. I have sold many things on ebay and I don't have a problem with paying a little more for the extra money I gain on m y listing.

E-Bays Unlawful, Deceitful & Unethical ways.
When will E-Bay ever be taught a lesson in their Unlawful, Deceitful & Unethical ways? Never Ever because their pockets run to deep, But My son & I are going to give it one Hell of try. I had 100% feedback with not 1 negative feedback ever.
I too was suspended from Ebay for being linked to a suspended user. I sent my son money thru paypal for college expenses, as yes he is away at school. His account was suspended for not using a detailed enough subscription for The DVD Planet Earth. My son was so angry because the Sameo SAMEO lame non exsitent canned responses Ebay kept giving, with no real explanation. This was after Faxing his personal information that they requested to reinstate his account. Copy of drivers license &SS card a current bank statement & a current utility bill. 5 times he faxed it, they said they never got it. WE DROVE 962 miles one way to confront Ebays Trust & Safety Team in Draper Utah. We took the Movie to the Main office located at 173 W. Election Road, Draper UT 84020. After asking to speak to someone,Now mind you we were well dressed and presented ourselves in a very respectful manner. A ARMED Guard appeared!!! Telling us... that nobody would see us in person, that's not allowed. HUH???? I wonder why??? After being asked to wait in a room off to the side. We were told someone would speak to us on the phone provided. Upon entering the room we waited 45 minutes with a camera watching our every move as well as the audio speaker in the ceiling & the GUARD outside. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP!!!! Long story short, He received a E-mail the next day from the President's secretary telling that although there is NO RULE- NOR any POLICY for how much is needed in a Postings descriptions and although he did not violate any ebay policy the suspension would stand for 1 year. Now my account has been suspended indefinently because I Sent my son a few bucks through paypal. It took me almost 3 hours to find the customer support #. Well guess what? We are back on our way to Ebay in Draper UT from Olympia WA. This time we are going to the TV News stations,newspapers the associated press, the Attorney Generals office,Consumers Protection & anyone else who will listen. I wish I had enough people for a Picket Line. E-bay needs to be taught a lesson. With out Sellers there would be no Buyers. I've had it!!!!!!! Wish me luck Everyone. Sincerely Kimberley

My PC Freezes or Acts Up every time I visited eBay
Every time i visited that evil greedy ebay site, I had computer problems. I never realized it until I closed my account, then boom, it happened again. That's when I realized that IT WAS GREED BAY doing something to my computer. Buyers when you close your account, Greed Bay will tell you that it will take 180 days and all your information will be deleted, well I'm here to tell you otherwise. They DO NOT erase any of your information, email addreses, personal info, etc. from their data bases. Quick scenario, a few years back me and my roomy had 2 different accounts. Roomy moved and relocated to another city. I never thought it was an issue and we both had different information. We were not related. I recently received a message from Greed Bay that my account was connected to his. WhenI addressed the issue with GReed Bay, they acted as if they were letting me off the hook for something I haven't done. How in the world they would send me a message saying my account was connected with another account is not clear to me. What on earth is wrong with these people? Are they deliberately trying to just kick or tick people off? I could care less, really! But conjecture is a poor excuse for anything. Pay Evil Pay is not any better. I am jubliant that I have ridden these crums from my pc. Any site that accepts Pay Pal is a darn fool. They hit so many of your ports on your pc, it's unbelievable. Pay Pal is just as evil, or perhaps more so than greed bay. With my hand in the air, I say be gone you 2 evil greedy pieces of sh+t.

I have recently been suspended from creep bay for no apparent reason. Not that I really care, but are they on drugs. I purchased a bebe purse from seller bebe_store and in my opinion it was misrepresented. Just too small. I contacted ebay and they had the audacity to tell me to connect with the seller. I tried but of course the seller is going to make 1,000 excuses and then lose or cut off communication. That's what bebe_store did. I wouldn't have purchased from bebe_store ever again. She/he is very rude, obnoxious and to say the least downright arrogant. I contacted creep ebay and told them in no uncertain words, that they could go f**k themselves and everybody they represent. Buyers get out of ebay. They use you and if you're unsatisified, there isn't any buyer protection. But above all, do not buy from ebay seller bebe_store. Ask them a question not to their liking and see how cocky they are. Never in my life have I ever seen this in brick and mortar stores. If you have had a problem with ebay seller bebe_store, ahh, a way to get back at them for the deceitfulness and greediness is through their store WHERE they do take exchanges and returns. Take that evil greedy creep ebay seller bebe_store @ yu exchange. Go back to China, you slime balls. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND CREEP EBAY SELLER bebe_store. I don't give a damn right now, cause I'm otta that hell, 4 eva.

These new sites cannot compare with bonanzle. Bonanzle is a new, fresh innovative venue where things, topics and misc. issues cannot get out of hand. The Boyz are actively on the site where everyone can see them, unlike other selling venues. Why? Because they have nothing to hide. They streamline the simple process of listing, billing etc. They are the most responsive team I have ever seen. They are polite and are doing a superior job. They have built and established a family get together type atmosphere. Bonanzle will succeed, and already has. It will only grow by the numbers. It's set-up entirely different and that what makes it one in a million. Ingenius and I plan to stay with the honest and obviously smarter concept of e-commerce. Great job Bill and Mark.
