I guess it's good having a legal site like http://www.bopaboo.com to sell all the stuff legally bought from the store.But I can't see how this can be profitable as getting pirated Musics is so easy as the click of your hand.So better get rid of these sites which offer illegal pirated musics first as these sites are a big hurdle for making Bopaboo popular.

Might work under EU Law

EU law enshrines the right to sell things you've bought - might be possible to do this in Europe. By the way, a CD is about the worst example you could pick - it's trivial to create an exact duplicate of it!
