I never could understand the "cashback" thing & all its complications. simple answer would have been to say 40% discount for orders made on particular day or whatever. the company's selling would then claim the difference from the promoters/manufactures & the public would not feel cheated and shop again at the particular site,rather than maybe thinking this could be a rip off or con (not saying for one second that is was or meant to be) answer everybody happy...

Yeah its a good feature for them to include, but its abit late as so many others have been doing this for a while, my recommendation would be to use McAfee's browser addon/plugin www.siteadvisor.com.
