The Crawl Issues tool can identify affected pages, allow offline reports detailing affected pages, and the updated Outbound Links tool can identify problem links and provide offline reports.

Catch up with Google WMT's...

Unfortunately it's a million miles away from doing that at the moment, but does have some nice features and will hopefully soon start improving the general size and scope of the tools available.
