its good to know that know flash can be tracked by google analytics.

Text vs Flash

What about the end user that does not have flash installed (yes they are out there) or accessability?

Stick with text, use flash in moderation and who cares if it can be tracked.

since last March. 

And now they do this, just

And now they do this, just when I remove like 80% of our flash content.

Flash or flush

Diamonds you should remove another 10% of your flash content and see if it helps your search rankings. Even with Google giving flash content some love over the last few months it is still not as effective as pure text/html.
