The study found a direct

The study found a direct relationship between the number of connections and high personal income. Those members with personal incomes between $200K-$350K were seven times more likely than others to have over 150 connections.

Interesting site

I've never used LinkedIn, but with the correlation between high income and membership there, I'll give it a try.

LinkedIn- Everyone is Checking

If you are interviewing, you should be sure to have an up to date LinkedIn account. Many HR directors are using LI to check employment history, etc. As an Internet Marketing Company, we use this resource all of the time.

Good to know!

I'm on many social sites as a way of socially marketing my safety and security web site and Linkedin is one of them. I typically don't utilize it as much as I do FaceBook and some of the Ning sites I'm on but maybe I should!

Linkedin - Job site or networking?

Linkedin was included into the About.com Top 10 employment site list...linkedin is still the only social network on the list though.....
