what we can do?

how do we fight piracy if nowadays we are into crisis and economic problems? some have no choice but to download music from music sites. we can't blame these and whoever will you ask they will prefer downloading music and movies since it is free. but anyway, not all music are avaiable so i think it would still be better to buy a record.
