Father of the Internet Talks About His Child's Future

I Believe It's an Honor Roll Student

Having read the full entry

Having read the full entry on Google I would have to say I agree with Chris the internet has vastly grown and evolved over the last decade and I find 70% of the posters who are giving flak to Vint Cerf most likely have no clue trurly what they are talking about.

Although his full text was pretty slap in the face obvious for most parts refering to future technology already present today, There is already multiple house system which offer pretty much full control over day to living and the running your house over a wireless devices inclusive of mobile phone technology and with the pushing of development from the likes of Google and Nokia will only see more applications willing to push the boundries on what in our lives needs to be "remote controlled".

I remember "the early net" if someone had said back then that controlling my PC, Shopping, Ordering Gifts, Checking messages etc could all be controlled via a little device in my hand I would have though star-trek but to truly push the limitations of technology present maybe we should stop looking at the golden oldies such as Vint Cerf and look at what we would concider to be the "star-trek" technology of the future.
