Nice initiative there the EU has taken to de-centralise the broadband access to every europeans, I hope this initiative is taken as an example for other regional commisions around the world to adopt and proceed with. As we all are aware of the information age we live in there is a need for all to have access to such services and enjoy the benifits of this age.
