being listed in local business results is very important. It adds one or two more links to your website and is very important in some local industries.

with a natural and adwords listing too, you can go to 5 links on first page!

Good to see Google stepping up to put better guidelines on this service.  We've seen this as an ever more important element to have in our on-line presence.
