FACEBOOK DISCRIMINATES BETWEEN POLITICAL GROUPS
I was wondering, we have been trying to set up a Facebook presence for our authorized campaign using the name VINCE FLAHERTY FOR SENATOR. But Facebook automatically rejected the name and they have not replied to numerous messages about how to submit, even though there are plenty of political groups on Facebook, such as the Democratic National Committee or STUDENTS FOR BARACK OBAMA that aren't actual people.
Would someone please let me know if you find out how it can be done?

laughable
I do not see what this solves, just another little silly rule that is designed to help a few but in reality just annoys/slows the masses. This is the same no matter where you look in life.
pot guns
I have a friend called pot guns who was banned for the same reason! Its a crazy name but believe it or not that is his real name. He changed it from bradley chirk in 1992 by deed poll!
Me too!
I got banned from Facebook for the same reason. They could not accept my Indonesian surname and insisted I am fake. After looking thru my ID they changed their reason by saying I am impersonating an animal. Can't be bothered anymore.
Their != there
"their are 73 people"
Great copy editing.
RE:
Too much time?
Some people seem to have just too much time on their hands!
However, blocking Yoda might be a way to try and prevent user fraud. But that's hardly the beginning. I'd say that at least half the profiles on Facebook are fake... even if the names don't seem to be.
