Being a douche is a nice way of putting it. There must be some massive ulterior motive behind this. Maybe he thinks he will become famous for starting this case.

Meanwhile though, the courts are already backed up. More and more foolish lawsuits are making the court system worse.

This is a humorous insight into the police-state supplanting a formerly free-thinking state. Historically the home of the Progressive Political Party, now Wisconsin is the leading example of a Super-high taxland with deaf mindless representatives, where everything-is-illegal and no privacy allowed (Thank You James Senselessbrenner, Milw-R, Bush clone). The goal apparently is to make living on either side of the state prison walls equally controlled. Don't laugh too loudly, you'll be arrested for disturbing the peace. The unfortunate result of the Sheboygan case is that Wisconsin will enact a myriad of internet laws that further infringe on what used to be freedom guaranteed under the federal constitution.
