Isn't Yang's fate sealed?  The guy just bought some time cutting a deal with Icahn ... but Icahn most certainly is not a white knight.  Yahoo search (and maybe the entire company) will be sold IMHO.  It's absolutely inevitable.  And Yang is going down now that Icahn has a seat on the board.  Why doesn't he see the writing on the wall and give in to the inevitable?
