Knowing a little bit about the French legal system, having used it several times, I would not be surprised if it takes time to reach court. Cases takes years to grind through the system. Furthermore the French courts seem to give right when we think wrong and vica-versa. Then when you reflect on their decision several years later it seems logical and evident. This could go either way and you can bet that it will not fade away.
