Director Steps Off Monster's Board

Neither party makes much noise

It's Craigs Fault

Monster = $425 to post a single job to reach the same if not less candidates that you reach on Craigslist where you pay only $25 or free in some states.

So you see, the Newspaper industry isn't the only thing craigs unnatural selection is affecting. Craig is like a blackhole sucking everything and people are saying "God bless Craig" Well tell that to the thousands that have lost their jobs in the newspaper industry or the hundreds that Monster and Careerbuilder will soon lay off.

The Economics of business will surely kick in. When supply will exceed demand. I.e, more people posting than reading on craig. Quality will decrease, response will decrease. Craig will be a fool to think he can maintain this business method for ever. Sadly, it will be too late.
