ClickTracks
Great article, but I think ClickTracks can be a little too slow for certain queries. Surprisingly, Google Analytics and other web-hosted applications seem faster at processing historical data.

There are definitly different levels to analytics programs, everything from google analytics to programs that analyze the long tail traffic for your website. As a content heavy site we use omniture because it offers the best use of usability and stats.

I use google analytics and Hit box. Wow, what a major difference. Of course the google stuff is free and that is good but if you can afford it go for better and more data.
