5% of ebay members are being railroaded into beta test

and they are pulling listings and closing their accounts. A forum related to MY EBAY BETA is over 1,500 postings long, over only a 2 week time frame, and these are all complaints raging against the involuntary reporgramming of their membership into a test that they were not informed of, not asked, and not given the option of opting out. It is dictatorship at best, and definitely a very poor way of treating paying customers!

It's no wonder everyone is dumping the stock and it's already almost to it's lowest this past year..just a dollar less and that'll be the beginning to a slow death.

The Beta test was thrown at membership in an incomplete format, and is unusable, slow, causes discomfort to those who are vision impaired, and has absolutely NO redeeming features whatsever. The programming team on this one needs to be replaced.

ebay feedback...

I'm looking for a place to let the board members of ebay know how disenchanted with the new feedback rules. I have been creating income for ebay since 1998, spending $1500.00+ a month and very unhappy.

Does any of the board members care?

eBay Managaement is Despicable

I despise ebay management. It is only because of the network effect that they survive, and even with their greedy incompetence they seem unable to kill it.

What really pisses me off though is how easy it is to have your Skype account hacked, sucking the funds out of your paypal account. And of course, they refuse to return the money, even though your funds are used to purchase time on their network.

Ebay is incompetent, and Paypal and Skype are criminal organizations. Great strategy for long term success.

Deathbed

Ebay is breathing its last breath. They are not that appealing anymore. They are very vulnerable at this moment. Even this Robert Kragle could knock them down if he wants to. People just want to leave ebay for good.

Ebay's demise?

If ebay will get back to the basics that made it what it is today (ie: the small sellers) it will again be attractive to the masses. They also need to upgrade their customer srvice department to make it easier to resolve issues. The new guidelines they set forth pertaining to feedback by sellers also needs to be revamped as it is hurting their sales each day.
