Fighting Google's Paid Link Stance With Robots.txt

Why suffer banning by Google when you can ban them first?

Not sure if the page blocked

Not sure if the page blocked from robots.txt will pass any PageRank even if it linked from other pages as he plans to do.

Or it passes less than it would pass if it was not blocked.
