Customers want the details

Make Sense - A Human Touch

This makes sense. When soneome is spending that kind of money on booking a trip, they want to make sure the deals are really ironed out. There are still tons of flaky travel agencies out there, and lots of horror stories of cruises gone bad. I know that if I book I want to be able to speak to someone in person.
