Email Being Used More In Divorce Cases

Use of electronic evidence increasing

Husband is IT guy, he moves

Husband is IT guy, he moves out, she served him with divorce action to protect assets and home from his "finding himself",they have 2 children. He came to the house, when he was told not to by injunction, and set her computer so that any e-mail she sent, he gets a copy. Is this illegible ?

Great stuff

The more online activity becomes part of the normal everyday actions of humanity, the more it will be used in our rules and laws.

Interesting

Great article.  Look foward to more from you :)

Getting divorced the high tech way

Saying it over email is way easier than in person. But i still think the partner should have the courtesy to say and discuss the issues rather than just resort to email message for their next "dear john" letter
