How to find good blogs
Hi
I was reading your article at webpronews and I am interesting to use blogs to promote my web site.
How can I get the best blogs to place my articles and earn more audience.
I ´don´t know but i looks that I m in the middle of a black hole. All my sales go down 50%. I have double my advertising but nothing happen.
Regards
Jerome

I read the article the word google is always eye catching. The idea you have told is nice and how can one assume that it will match the word searched. The results of google itself irrelevant most of the times than how come we can edit and plan a site that can give exact results and that to in a blog with 1000 articles ,its very tough to keep the precisio I conclude that it is impossible and if u think it is possible please tell me how??

Blog World Expo
Blogs will change the way news is reported and already is as demonstrated by the NY Times recent integration and Blogburst delivering to Reuters, Fox Business, IBS and others.
The tradeshow was important and it wouldn't surprise us at all if the next show sees three times as many people.

I looked at http://www.marketingpilgrim.com/
and checked the meta tags. I could not find a key word meta tag, and wondered if there is any particular reason it is left out.

Alan, The keyword META
Alan,
The keyword META tag is right on the verge of useless. It's one of those things isn't going to hurt you to have, but it performs very little practical function in terms of SEO.
The idea for the keyword META used to be to give search engines an idea of what kind of keywords your site was about. However, over the past few years, pretty much every search engine has deemed it almost completely unreliable and therefore very few (if any) give it much (if any) consideration any more.
Basically, it was widely abused to the point of uselessness... so search engines don't pay much attention to it anymore.

SEO Tips For Bloggers
Generally, we don't find blogs at the top of searches. I wonder if the rules are different for them. Generating traffic becomes more difficult since one has to depend on PPC ads only.
SEO?
Thanks for the tips...
However, any tips for today may be useless
by the next month or so because SE are
always making sure your site will not rank
well for long time.
Search Engine Technologies
Becoming obsessed over the process of search engine technology is not the same as being INFORMED and RELEVANT to someone's search for info.
My $10 sites get 10K hits a day, not because I'm clever (which I'm not) but because I give away knowledge that is unavailable from the mainstream media, at any price.
It appears to me, an old fart, that technology is much to impressed with itself, and not looking at the results, effects and outcomes that ITS CLIENTS OBTAIN.
And surveys are no substitute for good service. Addlepaited foreign call centers are as good as nothing.
I trash 300 commercal spams every single day; and I continually swear I will not do business with ANY ANY ANY ANY on-line business --WHY?-- because they're all hat and no cattle :: ALL CLAIMS and no honest results.
There is NO integrity or truth or decency or reliability in on-line claims. Trash, trash, trash!
I'm here as a news service (for free, as a retired teacher concerned about the futures of my children) and what I see is frankly disallusioning and disgusting.

I concur nearly 100% with what you say from a teaching point of view.
I run a Local Rural Sustainable Tour Operator Business in the Caribbean Port City of Puerto Limon, Costa Rica.
Being a descendant of the late Marcus Garvey and a Local Autochthonous (have lived here from day 1) Hometown Boy should help me Market my Business Positively, right?
Just the opposite is happening in reality as the "flashy" Web Gurus try to discredit my site, even though the Search Engines love the great information we have for both our current and future customers to be.
The Controlled News Media in the USA-Post 911 Era is absolutely obsessed with discrediting anyone without their educational level, economic clout or a combination of both.
We have tons of real truthful evidence right on our site that is factual, up to the minute and should convince a reader within 5 minutes why we are their best bargain, as the Local Tour Operator knows where to go Safely, Securely and Interactively at a 20% lower cost than the Cruise Ship Companies or Major USA Travel Agencies offer (we are only 1/2 mile from the Terminal), but the "flashy" sites look more impressive and even though 40% of the total cost goes for purchasing fuel for the bus they are using, the "lemmings" continue to desire being frisked and deceived, rather than meeting true people from the Local Area.
Best wishes always,
