Cerf To Surf Out, IDNs To Surf In

IDNs have existed for a long time

The journalist missed the major point: IDNs have existed for years, so how is it possible that Cerf thinks they "will be possible in the future"? Look at my homepage, listed above ( xn--sngal-bsab.com). I have had this since 2003.
