The complaint is valid

No, the complaint is very valid. The site looks exactly like YouTube, they even used the exact same logo. This is a clear case of trying to profit from the good-will of another company.

I doubt they need my help though ;-)

I happen to be a pretty big fan of Google, but this complaint is nonsensical, at least in the real world outside a court (which I have to add since I haven't the faintest idea if Google has a legal leg to stand on). And no, I'm not Jewish, but if someone wants to aim a site at Jews interested in certain activities, well, why not? Besides, it's ludicrous to suppose anyone is likely to confuse the "Jew" in "JewTube" with the "You" in "YouTube."
