Make them responsible
Of course businesses don't like negative Wiki pedia entries about themselves. It's in their interest to ensure only the good side is seen. This is precisely why Bizwiki.com took the decision to require registrations. If you're going to have wiki style, editable content about businesses those businesses are going to want to keep an eye on what's said about them. Making users responsible for their contributions is one of the ways in which spin and tampering can be kept in check, not eradicated, but at least slowed.
