Well Youtube is indeed the best site and it remains one. All I wanna say is that it give everyone equal oppurtunity to share their talent, ideas or anything for that matter.
It can be and it is a good platform for many people to speak their mind and as they say 'broadcast yourself' :D

But I guess copyright infringement is not a very good thing.
