Google Looks At Maori Language

Google Maori Project

Thanks Doug for your comments, we're a small group of about 20, including translators from Huia Publishers, Te Taura Whiri, to name a few, all fluent and some professional translators, that are interested in translating the Google interface into Maori.

The service is provided by Google and volunteers are responsible for the translations, Google provides a space on the web for each particular language interface once it is complete, a great service indeed!

No, we don't have a deadline, mostly because our team are busy with multiple projects and do this in their spare time.

Again, thanks for your interest,

Nikolasa Biasiny-Tule
