Congress Readies Invites For Google, DoubleClick

Effective?

DoubleClick is huge, but why does no one consider their effectiveness? Sure they have a lot of clients, but are they effective? NO they are not, they under report. Consider all the antivirus programs and antispyware that delete cookies?? hundreds... What does DoubleClick rely on? COOKIES. So think about that...
