Venezuelan TV Sticks It To Chavez With YouTube

RIDICULOUS

This article is complete bullshit! where do I begin? The lie that by shutting down the station Chavez is undermining freedom of speech in Venezuela. It's impossible for a television station that supported a coup against the president and denied it's citizens (Venezuelans) of vital information for so long remain in the air under any government in the world. The fact that RCTV lied and manipulated a lot of information is not freedom of expression, hence RCTV is not losing what they never had, a free and positive voice for all Venezuelans. It was only a megaphone for the hateful opinions of big companies that wanted control of the country. Period!
You tube can give RCTV a way to stay alive until they become a privatized cable TV like they should be to begin with. The public airwaves belong to all Venezuelans who have the right to receive good entertainment and not lies and political agenda driven programming.
