we have started a video classified ad site with google on it.
In our 4th day the server crashed twice because of usage.
Over 80,000 hits and it's still in beta.
The site is www.spynbuy.com video classifieds for consumers.
Advertise for free with video and audio upload.

AdBrite is already doing this
Adsense competitor, AdBrite is already embedding ads in videos. I'm currently using it on a website of mine. However the targetting is very, very lackluster. I would be ECSTATIC of Google would release their own version of it!
