OpenDNS Accuses Dell, Google Of Spyware

Sad computer user

That computer user in the picture should be stoked. He just arrived at opendns.com!

:-)

google dell redirect

Unable to delete this program I have at least stopped it from redirecting my pages. I run Windows XP
Go: control panel>internet options>programsmanage add-ons
CBrowserHelperObject

It will say under publisher “(not verified) Dell Inc.

At the bottom click “Disable” and OK

It has not been active since. Good luck

Reason for sadness

Maybe he just realized he has to navigate away from OpenDNS to uninstall the Browser Redirector from his Dell.  :-)
