I guess all you were reporting on was this particular lawsuit between these two parties.

Stating you believe she didn't mean harm was so far from the truth as to almost be harmful journalism. It's obvious you did NO research into this woman.

The fact that she ALWAYS means harm would be evident if you had checked, in any of the most basic forms, her background.

This woman is the epitome of the reason that the Unlicensed Practice of Law laws exist. This woman preys on the weaker. Because the issue of 'child abuse' is so horrific that when a person is (usually) falsely accused, they rarely speak out to defend themselves publicly. This is when this woman and her minions pounce. Read some of the posts of the attorneys who have had to deal with her "clients". They raise the stakes substantially for these parents.

The fact that she calls anyone else who tries to help falsely accused parents "competition" proves that she is in this for the money. She states this on her web site.

Helping people for money in the legal arena is A LAWYER. This one does not have a license, and Colorado found her guilty of contempt. But they let her keep on and on and on.

Causing harm and destruction is what this woman does for a living. Which you would have seen had you looked under the rock where she permanently resides. Yes, she comes out occasionally to do her harm. And that's what makes this woman and her kind so damaging.

This teenager's life is ruined. She will never, ever leave him alone. And everyone will be just like you: she doesn't mean any harm, she's just protecting herself. Like hell she is.

And some of that stuff she protects so viciously was written by others or is so basic they teach it in the first year of law school.

Doesn't mean harm? You couldn't be more incorrect.

I know both Shell and Billy Wiesman and have watched thier fight for sometime now as Ms. Shell has attacked several organizations I belong to as well as myself and many close friends and associates.
Mr. Wiesman is a mentally retarded man with no formal education or training in web design graphics or anything else for that matter, he is completely self educated in this field. In light of his handicap, I think he needs to be commended on his achievements. Ms. Shell on the other hand is another story, here we have a woman who claimes numerous college degrees and to be a professional at everything from the law to web design and computers who had the audacity to attack a mentally challenged individual for the simple reason he bought an internet radio domain that she was interested in.
Now Ms. Shell has sunk so low as to post the name and personal contact info of a 15 year old kid on the internet for every pervert in the world to see. This from a woman who professes to be an expert in family rights involving the health welfare and "Safety" of children.
I commend Internet Archives for reaching an agreement with this psychopath as they have removed an irritating scab from their back and can now proceed about their business of serving the public interest.
The internet people who attacked her on the other hand should take no joy in any of their activities. Argueing a point of right or wrong is one thing, but taking actions that shut down websites and cause harm to others, (even if they are a jerk) is never appropriate. You took on a mentally unstable woman with your actions and experience tells me your problems with shell are just beginning...
Don't waste your time bashing a harmleess mentally challenged person like Billy Weisman because his website isn't up to your high standards, you have bigger problems to deal with, a real psychopath who takes absolute pleasure in persecuting anybody and everybody who challenges her self professed greatness.
If you really want to contribute something to the community how about some of you taking the time to teach Billy to do his website or radio station to a level you feel is professional. That is if you still have any time left over while fighting the vexatious litigant you all pee'd off.
