WashingtonWatch Becomes A Wiki

Washington D.C. Don't Know Wiki

Enjoyed the article, Doug - the skepticism included. (I'm WashingtonWatch.com's Webmaster.) I'll say one thing, though: The folks on Capitol Hill know best what they're doing in the legislation they write, but they don't know much yet about wikis. I've got a lot of educating to do with them, and it starts with "What is a Wiki?"!
