There are some issues with this search engine, most notably the lack of support for users:
•It doesn't seem to work in Safari. After reading the technical information, it seems that the searches are processed in the browser. Browser requirements are important for users to know in this case.
•Product information on the web seems to be outdated.
•No effective user instruction is provided on the company website. It seems that securing advertisers is a higher priority than success with the people that are the marketing target.
