I also am having a problem setting up my software from the internet site. I keep getting an error message as well. Can I download my music from my computer with out the software? Please help.
Solution for Zune Problems
1. Repack Zune into Original store packaging
2. Throw the Package away

yea i had the original zune and it came with a cd to download the software. but now i lost the cd got a new comp. and try to do the same thing on zune.net and it wont let me either
